After realising making props and costume parts by hand was time consuming, and rarely as nice as we'd imagined it, we invested in a 3D Printer.
We made a crown for a cosplay, and it was popular. Friends asked for more crowns for different characters. Then there were brooches. Then there were 3D printed props and weapons.
