Information We Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product(s) that you’re ordering. For some products, you may also provide additional personal information (for a custom order scaled to your requirements, for example, or a phone number if courier shipping is needed), if you contact us directly.

as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases and our expenses related to to the cost of fulfilling them, required for us to comply with UK tax law; and

Information about our customers is important to our business, and we try to minimise the information collected where we can. If we need to share your personal information, we do so for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies (e.g. Royal Mail). We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in non-EU jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we am required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request. If a request to change, restrict or delete personal information prevents me from further processing of an order, we will make you aware and offer you appropriate options prior to enacting the requested action, for example offering a cancellation/refund of the order (subject to our shop policies regarding cancellations) prior to deleting your personal information.
Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

As with all 3D printed items - there is often a ribbed/ridged texture from the way the items are printed. Message us before ordering if you would like more information :)
For people buying raw prints where we do no post processing, we are always happy to offer advice for finishing and painting them :)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a listing, none of our items are toys.
They may have small parts or sharp points/edges as part of their design.
We do not recommend them for young children, and recommend that if children do hold the props, that they are supervised at all times to prevent damage to themselves, others, and/or the props.
By buying from us, we take it as your agreement that use and/or misuse of a prop, and any breakage through rough use is entirely your responsibility as a buyer.
Our standard free shipping does not include tracking - as the UK postal service, Royal Mail, tends to charge an additional £5 for tracking, which we would unfortunately have to pass on to you as the buyer.
Due to this cost, many buyers would rather have cheaper products, however we're more than happy to provide tracked shipping - if you would like tracked shipping on your order, please upgrade to tracked shipping when making a purchase.
Within the UK the tracked shipping is Royal Mail Signed for - if you wish to use Special Delivery please contact us for a quote.
Normally, we tend to make once and print for multiple people, so that the cost of modelling an item is spread out between everyone. However if you'd like a bespoke custom piece, we can do that! We take two payments for most custom items - the first is a non-refundable deposit and second is due on completion of the item before we ship it - send us a message for a quote!
We try our best to ensure consistency between all of our props. Sometimes however we may use a different 3D printer, or newer 3D printing techniques as we constantly try to improve what we make.
We also try our hardest to use standardised colours and plastics for props, but we cannot guarantee we will use the exact same ones - as sometimes we've hit the situation where suppliers have discontinued a material or paint - forcing us to find a different one, or we've found a newer, better colour or material or even that someone has requested a custom colour scheme.

When we receive an order, work will usually begin shortly after - if your order has been printed or competed then if your refund may be less depending on the labor and materials already used. Please note that if your order is complete then it may be too late to cancel.
Contact us! We're happy to give shipping details and estimate arrival times, and in the rare case that an item is lost or damaged in the mail our policy is always to replace it :)
In the rare case that this happens - we will contact you! If the order was returned because it wasn't collected by the buyer then we will give them shipping options so that the buyer can choose and pay for the second shipping attempt. If it was returned for any other reason (e.g. stopped at customs) we cover the shipping costs for the second delivery attempt.
